Job Summary
RevOps Director leading regional Revenue Operations for EMEA & APAC, partnering with Sales VPs, Finance, HR, Marketing, and PSO to optimize the full revenue lifecycle. Responsibilities include owning forecasting accuracy and KPI governance; deploying incentive, commission, and compensation programs; optimizing territory design and coverage models; driving cross-functional alignment; implementing CRM and revenue-technology improvements; delivering data-driven insights for leadership reviews; and championing productivity, predictability, and accountability across the commercial organization. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, senior RevOps/Sales Ops leadership experience, and strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, and HR in a matrixed SaaS environment. Hybrid/office-remote work model described.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Senior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Demonstrated leadership of regional RevOps or Sales Ops teams with direct people-management responsibility
- Experience in incentive compensation governance, forecasting, and commercial analytics
- Proven ability to partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and HR in a matrixed environment
- Fluency working with CRM and revenue technology (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Spiff, Impartner)
