Job Summary
RevOps Analyst responsible for building and owning the marketing reporting layer, dashboards, attribution models, and campaign performance tracking; ensure data cleanliness and reliable pipelines in HubSpot; work with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, CS) to drive data-driven decisions, establish reporting cadences, and define KPIs as Ultralytics scales its revenue operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Hands-on HubSpot experience โ admin or ops owner, not just a user
- Comfort with marketing analytics โ multi-channel attribution, campaign tracking, and measuring what matters in a complex marketing environment
- Strong analytical instincts โ able to work with messy data and derive insights
- Attention to detail and ability to fix numerical issues
- Clear communication skills โ explain data to non-spreadsheet users
- High degree of self-direction โ ownership of outcomes and fast delivery
- 0โ2 years in a RevOps, marketing ops, or sales ops role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
