Job Summary
RevOps Analyst to act as the analytical backbone of SingleFile's go-to-market organization. Own end-to-end revenue operations from GTM across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; build and maintain dashboards across the funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won); diagnose revenue challenges, surface proactive insights, and recommend improvements to forecasting and data quality. Design the forecasting workflow, conduct variance analysis, support board reporting, and drive HubSpot configuration and automation. Document standards, train teams on CRM usage, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize revenue processes and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical GTM role with ownership of pipeline reporting, forecasting, or process optimization
- Deep HubSpot expertise: Custom properties, workflow automation, lifecycle stage design, reporting/dashboards, integrations
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, scenario modeling)
- Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to explain variance and diagnose root causes
- Excellent communication skills; ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
