Job Summary
Revival Leader directs all store activities to achieve goals, including guest service, sales objectives, human resources management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation while driving associate and guest engagement. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing associates, modeling guest-first service, organizing and delegating tasks, providing timely feedback and recognition, driving financial results and key metrics (net sales, DPT, UPT, payroll, shortage), managing payroll efficiency, coaching on guest interactions, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and developing the team to achieve store objectives. The role requires leading through change, analyzing business trends, forecasting, and maintaining store presentation and inventory control. Must be able to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 30 lbs). Qualifications note: 3+ years of management experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
