Job Summary
Guest Lead at Revival retail store leads and supports management by directing activities required to achieve store goals, including world-class guest service, sales objectives, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation while driving associate and guest engagement. Provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store. Responsible for coaching associates, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, and helping the team achieve sales performance metrics (Sales Per Hour, Dollars Per Transaction, Units Per Transaction). Ensures adherence to brand standards, supports inventory and loss prevention efforts, and fosters a guest-focused environment that motivates and develops staff. Demonstrates leadership through effective communication, accountability, and a positive role model presence, balancing store operations with a commitment to customer satisfaction and brand presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 20 years of age
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
