Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and direct rehabilitation for patients within our oncology, orthopedic, and lymphedema specialties. Maintain open communication with all parties while adhering to state practice acts, laws, and government regulations. Complete and maintain all required trainings to ensure compliance. This role supports ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation's mission to improve quality of life for those affected by cancer through personalized, multidisciplinary care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in physical therapy
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- 3-5 years of experience in Oncology Rehab
Desired Qualifications
- Certified in Lymphedema treatment
