Revit Modeler (Philippines)

Revit Modeler responsible for developing and maintaining highly detailed BIM models (LOD 400–500) for MEPFS, including fabrication-level details, installation-ready components, and as-built documentation. Produce accurate 3D MEPFS geometry, parametric families, assemblies, and system layouts from design drawings and manufacturer data; generate shop-drawing quality details for MEPFS systems (connections, supports, penetrations, clearances); coordinate MEPFS models with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free, constructible designs; update models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect RFIs, redlines, and field markups; generate precise 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from the BIM model; participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts across disciplines. Proficiency in BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, BEP/BIM standards, QA/QC processes; ability to manage multiple MEPFS models simultaneously. Preferably experience creating/modifying custom Revit families and templates for MEPFS systems; excellent communication skills to address technical modeling and coordination issues.
