Job Summary
Support design and documentation from concept through construction for high-end residential projects, producing Revit drawing sets including floor plans, elevations, and interior details that reflect Spanish-style sensibilities. Prepare construction documents with spatial layouts, material specifications, and architectural detailing while drafting millwork elevations and custom elements like arches and decorative tile. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes for clients, coordinating with architecture and engineering teams to incorporate their input. Apply California building codes to ensure full compliance. Requires a degree in Interior Design or Architecture, advanced Revit proficiency, and experience with luxury residential aesthetics. Available for Pacific Standard Time.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Advanced English level
- Proven experience in high-end residential interior design projects
- Strong understanding of Spanish-style design principles and luxury residential aesthetics
- Familiarity with California building codes and the ability to work with minimal oversight
- A refined eye for materials, finishes, and details appropriate for luxury environments
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST)
