Job Summary
Revit/AutoCAD Drafter needed to support rehabilitation of domestic water piping systems in multifamily high-rise buildings. Responsibilities include layout, specifications, calculations, and cost estimating with Uponor systems; requires AutoCAD proficiency and preferably Revit; 3-5 years of design/estimating experience in multifamily high-rise projects; duties include on-site visits, pulling permits, developing drawings and proposals, and leading projects while coordinating with suppliers. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in design, estimating, and replacement of domestic water systems with Uponor in multifamily high-rise buildings
- Experience producing detailed material and labor estimates for Uponor domestic water rehabilitation projects in multifamily condominiums and apartments
- Development of drawings and plans for pulling permits
- Experience pulling permits
- AutoCAD proficient; Revit experience preferred
- Proficiency in estimating software (Trimble or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Plumbing license is beneficial
- AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience preferred
- On-site visits to gather information; detailed cost estimates; proposals; project leadership; supplier coordination
