Conduct quality reviews of all products at the end of the production process using technical specifications to ensure client release. Report non-conformities immediately to responsible parties for protective actions before client delivery. Enter occurrence and action data into the system per established procedures to authorize product shipment. Participate in containment and improvement initiatives to reduce internal rejection and client occurrences. Operate non-destructive testing equipment including Ultrasonic, Hardness, and Magnetaflux. Execute additional tasks of similar nature and complexity as directed by immediate supervision. Requires high school diploma, Metrology course, LID drawing course, and metalworking industry experience. Shifts run from 04:20 to 14:00 or 13:55 to 23:18.
