Job Summary
Learn, follow, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for review dispute processes, including adding locations, maintaining dispute lists, and filing removals or denials. Diligently process and submit data to Google and other platforms while identifying discrepancies to ensure high data hygiene and compliance with internal policies and external platform requirements. Interact professionally with clients and platform representatives, then dedicate time to understanding workflows and proactively suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and quality. Contribute ideas for product improvement related to AI and automation, while updating centralized documentation to support team knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Some college experience with a technical background, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical field.
- Proven ability to focus intensely on details and maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with established standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate observations, product improvement ideas, and interact professionally with clients and platforms.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with command-line interfaces or basic scripting (e.g., BASH/SSH).
- Understanding of cloud-based systems and the general principles of application development.
- Prior experience in a role requiring high-volume, detail-oriented data processing.
- Experience with maintaining or contributing to centralized documentation or SOPs.
- Experience with SOP development, updating, or auditing.
- Familiarity with regulatory or industry standards related to online reviews, data privacy, or digital communications.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data trends and identify root causes of recurring issues.
- Exposure to project management or coordinating process improvement/documentation projects.
- Customer service or client-facing experience.
- Knowledge of major review platforms (e.g., Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook).
- Quality assurance or testing experience (QA, UAT, or similar).
- Change management skills and adaptability to evolving processes.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish.
- Technical writing skills for documentation or training materials.
