Job Summary
Implement and execute review plans meeting Lighthouse standards and project-specific requirements while recommending best practices to optimize workflows and technology application. Manage document review teams to ensure adherence to quality control measures, throughput goals, and deliverable timelines. Communicate directly with counsel, clients, and internal stakeholders on substance and progress, including daily status reporting. Collaborate with AI experts and data managers to drive efficiency in redaction and privilege logging. Provide subject matter expertise and participate in process improvement initiatives. Duties may require on-call rotation and evening or weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Attorney, active and in good standing in any US jurisdiction
- Three+ years of experience as a document review manager with review provider or law firm
- Knowledge of litigation discovery process and objectives
- Proficiency as an end user in Relativity or comparable platform
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)

- Ability to lead and motivate diverse contractor attorney teams in completion of review workflows while adhering to established accuracy targets, project timelines, and budget parameters
- Experience establishing matter-tailored quality control measures and managing reviews across a variety of discovery matters
- Strong written and oral communication skills suited to a client-facing role, careful attention to detail, and general technical aptitude
- Self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and commitment to client satisfaction
