Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer responsible for listening, building rapport, and understanding clients' financial situations to propose appropriate Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) solutions. The role emphasizes exceptional written and verbal communication, the ability to close deals, negotiate, identify clients’ goals, and provide ethical, educational guidance to retirees and families. The position requires comfort with high call volume, data entry, basic computer skills, and a preferred SAFE/state license; college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Required Qualifications
