Job Summary
Identify locations with large quantities of used devices, investigate and catalog these sites to create return leads for the team, and work with account management to get customers up and running with the returns program. Improve data accuracy to show which customers are finding success with returns and innovate creative ideas to help the rapidly-growing department become more efficient. Build strong relationships with and support the global team, including remote peers in other time zones. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing employees to work some days each week remote and some from our office in Pristina.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- A technical or university degree (or relevant experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively
- Patience, empathy, and persistence in a customer-facing context
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adhere to scheduled tasks
- Diligence and enthusiasm
- Appreciation for quality
- Availability for the working schedule of 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM CET
- Hybrid work environment availability (some days remote, some days office in Pristina)
