Reverse Logistics Coordinator

Reverse Logistics Coordinator responsible for reverse logistics operations at BJ’s Wholesale Club. Responsibilities include receiving, reconciling, and shipping vendor returns; communicating with Home Office and vendors to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight; coordinating carrier scheduling for timely return of freight to vendors; system-wide inventory management and reporting to ensure transaction accuracy; willingness to work across warehouse areas as workload dictates; physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance and working in a warehouse environment with heat, cold, dust, and noise; uses powered equipment as needed. Shift is Tuesday through Friday from 5:00am to 3:30pm. Knowledge of inventory systems, carrier logistics, and a focus on accuracy and process adherence are key.
