Job Summary
Reverse Engineer role focusing on deep malware analysis and deobfuscation in a security-focused firm. Conduct examinations and analysis of emerging nefarious technologies and previously unknown malicious exploits, decompile and analyze binaries, identify command-and-control links, uncover obfuscation, decrypt strings, and determine the compiler language used. Work in an environment with advanced tooling and resources to explore sophisticated malware, collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure national security impact, and contribute to investigations with both dynamic and static analysis of malware samples.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- 5+ years of experience with functional testing
- Experience with analyzing malicious code exemplars
- Experience with software development, including reading assembly code
- Experience with tools, including Ida Pro, Ghidra, and Olly Debug
- Experience with providing both dynamic and static analysis
- Experience with working independently or under limited direction or guidance
- Knowledge of Windows API calls
