Job Summary

Track client statuses, analyze invoice stages, and summarize accounts receivable for the Revenue Team. Review payment applications, reconcile historical data, and process appeals and write-offs for electronically submitted invoices. Produce written communications regarding outstanding balances and record all activities within the assigned database. Communicate professionally with regional offices, partners, and client contacts while reporting progress to management. Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, proficiency in Excel functions including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, and the ability to read cursive. This part-time role involves 21 hours per week in our Madison, NJ office.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma OR GED Equivalent
  • Must have experience using the following functions in Excel: creating a basic worksheet
  • Must have experience using the following functions in Excel: data entry and data formatting
  • Must have experience using the following functions in Excel: performing calculations in an Excel worksheet by using basic formulas such as SUM
  • Must have experience using the following functions in Excel: identifying, sorting, and filtering data
  • Must have experience using the following functions in Excel: modifying the appearance of a worksheet including adjusting the layout, margins, font size, and print size
  • Must have experience using the following functions in Excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting
  • Must be able to read cursive
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in law firms or professional services is a plus, especially with an understanding of law firm revenue cycle and related processes
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize assigned tasks in a dynamic, high-volume environment while maintaining productivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with a clear ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external clients
  • Committed to delivering top-tier service, both to colleagues and external clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, think critically, and recommend effective solutions
