Revenue Systems & Operations Manager
$145,000–$170,000 year
RemoteUnited States
Job Summary
Administer Salesforce as the system of record, including objects, fields, flows, validation, permissions, and data architecture. Own the connected GTM tech stack and integrations, treating sync integrity as monitored workflows. Manage commission calculation and reporting, run deal desk operations and audits, and own the monthly and quarterly revenue close. Maintain territory and quota books through rebalancing and adjustments. Identify high-cost manual processes to automate them, including automated reconciliation and exception flagging. Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI and agentic tooling across the revenue stack while documenting builds for team scalability. Partner with Marketing on data seams between marketing operations and the revenue stack. Scale the Revenue Operations engine for the next phase of growth, ensuring visibility to leadership on commissions, forecasting, and territory design.

- Owned recurring commercial processes such as commissions, deal desk, close, or territory management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep Salesforce capability
- Real architecture and automation depth, not just configuration
- Ability to build flows, design data models, and reason about downstream impact before you ship
- Knowledge of the modern GTM stack
- Hands-on experience across tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Claude, and Cora.ai
- Track record of automating manual work
- Ability to point to specific processes you made materially less manual, with a credible before and after
- Experience building with AI
- Hands-on experience building with agentic or workflow automation platforms
- Informed view of where AI is and is not reliable
- Rigor with numbers
- Understanding of how territory design, quota, and deal structure influence revenue behavior
- Ability to operate well on a small team
- Ability to prioritize independently across competing demands
- Ability to ask good questions before building
- Ability to improve an existing process without breaking what depends on it
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical partners
- Ability to explain a systems tradeoff to a sales leader in terms they care about
Desired Qualifications
- Experience running the monthly close by hand once or twice to learn how it works, then rebuilding it so most of it runs itself
