Job Summary
Lead and supervise the DFA Revenue Services unit, overseeing operations, staff, and performance outcomes. Serve as the division's subject matter expert on Arkansas tax or child support laws, interpret regulatory changes, and ensure compliance across tax processing, collections, customer service, and related program activities. Manage and evaluate Revenue Specialists, Coordinators, and administrative personnel; monitor metrics, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency; resolve high-level taxpayer and customer service disputes; prepare and review financial reports, audits, and reconciliations; ensure data privacy and integrity of confidential taxpayer information.
Required Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, social work, or a related field is required, plus three (3) years of related experience including two years in supervisory or leadership capacity. OR A high school diploma plus four (4) years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, tax preparation, cash handling, data entry, or administrative support including two years in supervisory or leadership capacity.
