Job Summary
Revenue Specialist responsible for assisting in the preparation and oversight of contracts funded by state, local, and private sources; manage the renewal of approximately 30 contracts with various state offices; oversee third-party billing and maintain billing and credentialing processes; generate and analyze billing reports from EHR/billing software; maintain roster databases for billing and utilization; ensure compliance with HUD/Section 8/SNAP programs; require proficiency in Excel and MS Office; travel required within Massachusetts; collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management preferred (Associates Degree may be accepted dependent upon experience)
- 3-5 Years' experience with performance-based contracts
- Experience and knowledge of a DDS environment required
- Blackbaud experience a Bonus
- Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record required
- Travel required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- MS Office and ability to read and comprehend basic legal contracts
- Ability to analyze billing and regulatory documents
- Ability to prepare and maintain credentialing applications for billing purposes
- Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and family members
Desired Qualifications
