Job Summary
Revenue Specialist for billing systems setup in the Revenue Operations department. Responsibilities include configuring insurance setup objects, implementing complex payer contract requirements into DaVita’s systems, handling billing templates (UB04, HCFA 1500), and ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services. Tasks involve researching and inputting system architecture changes for insurance setup, responding to internal inquiries on contract, revenue, plan management and billing attributes, processing payer requests to ensure proper loading of center and payer information, and maintaining current system setup attributes. The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, analytical skills, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid and remote work options are available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or experience working with a variety of health care insurance payers
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage stress
- Team collaboration and cross-functional communication
