Revenue Processing Associate

Audit collections submitted to commission systems, check for discrepancies including counter-reading audits and unusual drops or spikes, and review collection exceptions such as partial and balance collections. Process collections in a timely manner to meet deadlines, manage tracking for client accounts due to pay, and process and post check voucher batches. Generate revenue and commission reports in Excel, prepare internal correspondence for customer communications, and calculate commission changes when customer accounts change or reconciliations are required. Explain complex commission calculations to customers or other departments and research records to resolve customer problems involving tax-related matters like 1099 forms and levies. Provide quality internal customer service by assisting representatives with inquiries while interacting with Lease Processing, Accounting, and Sales departments.
