Job Summary
Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize the full revenue lifecycle across sales, marketing, and customer success. Owns the revenue tech stack, builds integrations, connects systems, and establishes processes to inform data-driven decision making across the commercial organization. Interfaces with department leaders as a critical link between data, process, and people. Requires database engineering experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint), plus understanding of ERPs (e.g., Syteline, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) to bridge sales and operational workflows. Key responsibilities include building dashboards for pipeline health, managing HubSpot CRM, enabling sales through onboarding and training, tracking marketing attribution, supporting data integrations across tools (HubSpot, SyteLine, Pandadoc, Fathom), developing cross-functional workflows between sales, implementation, and support, and delivering shared reporting on onboarding, tickets, and CSAT/NPS. Strong data analysis, communication, and project-management skills are required, with preference for experience in RevOps/Sales Ops/Marketing Ops and CRM/ERP adoption enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
- Work experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL and Python
- Strong communicator who proactively provides insight into ongoing projects
- Strategic thinker and detail-oriented executor
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
