Revenue Operations Specialist (Channel & Customer Success)

Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to Channel and Customer Success leadership, shaping partner planning, forecasting, and performance strategy while enforcing data-driven decision-making. Own partner data integrity in Salesforce, maintaining reporting on pipeline, deal registration, and revenue attribution to hold Account Managers accountable. Build and maintain dashboards tracking expansion pipeline, NRR, and commission accuracy to support quota setting and capacity planning. Design scalable GTM processes for partner onboarding and CS handoffs, collaborating with IT to optimize Salesforce workflows and tooling. Proactively identify data gaps, interpret performance drivers, and lead monthly reviews to ensure operational consistency and revenue predictability across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, partner operations, or a similar operational role
- preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment with exposure to channel or partner-led business models
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
