Job Summary

Revenue Operations Lead responsible for owning and optimizing our end-to-end revenue lifecycle—from opportunity creation to deal closure, delivery, and revenue realization—while also managing global purchasing. The role focuses on building and improving product pricing calculators, cost structures, and delivery cost models; managing CRM processes for data accuracy and usability; coordinating the sales-to-delivery workflow; reviewing proposals and project plans for Finance and Sales leadership; translating customer needs into pricing solutions; structuring customer agreements with Legal/Finance/Product; ensuring up-to-date product capabilities and lessons learned are reflected in proposals; and leading tender processes, revenue forecasting, and alignment between CRM data and financial reporting to boost efficiency and deal velocity.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or similar roles
  • Experience managing end-to-end revenue processes, including proposals, pricing, and contracts
  • Strong understanding of purchasing/procurement and supplier management
  • Experience with revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization
  • Excellent project management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or other languages are a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and SaaS/technology companies
  • Willing to take ownership and do whatever it takes to support global sales teams
