Job Summary
Revenue Operations Manager/Director to own the revenue engine across marketing, sales, and client success. Build systems, insights, and operational rigor to scale growth; translate strategy into execution, drive visibility into performance, and accelerate forecast accuracy. Responsible for CRM (Dynamics CE), end-to-end funnel optimization, pipeline hygiene, territory planning, dashboards, and executive reporting; collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion rates; develop KPI frameworks and ensure data integrity across systems. The role emphasizes strategic partnership with the CRO, analytics, and enablement to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles (preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments)
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Dynamics CE)
- Proven ability to build forecasts, dashboards, and data models
- Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and services-based revenue models
- Highly analytical with strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
