Job Summary

Revenue Operations Manager/Director role to partner with the CRO, own end-to-end revenue funnel performance, and drive operational rigor across marketing, sales, and client success. Build and maintain CRM (Dynamics CE) systems, dashboards, and forecasts; identify bottlenecks, optimize deal workflows, and standardize qualification criteria. Create and maintain pipeline reporting, support territory planning, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to align revenue teams, improve lead quality and handoffs, and enable scalable growth. Requires 4–8+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, strong analytical and data-modeling abilities, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets and data visualization. The role emphasizes strategic partnership, systems ownership, and enabling revenue growth within a high-impact, center-stage function.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles (preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environments)
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Dynamics CE)
  • Proven ability to build forecasts, dashboards, and data models
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and services-based revenue models
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
