Job Summary

Own the revenue and margin forecasting process, delivering a single, trusted forecast that aligns Sales, Finance, Planning, and Operations. Analyze business performance, identify revenue and margin risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support key decisions. Drive forecast accuracy through close partnership with SIOP, Planning, Supply Chain, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial expectations. Lead revenue and margin planning activities, including AOP, long-range planning, pricing analysis, and key performance reporting. Ensure the integrity of the Order-to-Cash process, proactively managing order, credit, customer, and collection-related risks that could impact revenue realization. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by partnering with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate revenue and margin reporting. Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting to improve business performance and operational execution. Develop and enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities across multiple sites and ERP systems to optimize revenue, margin, and customer delivery performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order Management, Sales Operations, or a related commercial-finance role within a manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environment
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, financial analysis, business planning, and performance reporting, including revenue and margin analysis
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or HFM
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
