Job Summary
Hands-on Revenue Operations Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to own, optimize, and scale Ampa’s CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, Commerce, and revenue operations infrastructure. Serve as internal HubSpot administrator and strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership. Design workflows, improve reporting, maintain CRM hygiene, support pipeline management, and build scalable operational processes that help the Growth team move faster and make better decisions. Role combines technical CRM fluency with strong business judgment and operational rigor. Key responsibilities include HubSpot administration and optimization (pipelines, properties, dashboards, automation), lead routing and scoring, data integrity, integrations, Health Scores and Help Desk ownership, Commerce Ops (invoicing, payments, collections, AR reporting), revenue operations planning and forecasting, cross-functional enablement with Marketing and Customer Success, training teams, and driving strategic RevOps projects. What we’re looking for includes 3–7+ years in relevant ops roles, HubSpot expertise, automation and reporting capabilities, SaaS/startup experience, and preferred certifications. Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Administration
- Strong hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM
- Experience building workflows, automations, reporting, and dashboards in HubSpot
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and revenue operations
- Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills
- Experience with integrations and data management tools preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
