Job Summary
Revenue Operations Manager to design, build, and optimize reporting and analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care. Lead two analysts, connect campaign performance data, sales pipeline metrics, and customer experience insights into actionable leadership intelligence. Require SQL proficiency, Salesforce dashboard/reporting, and BI tooling; deliver standardized KPIs, campaign attribution, and data-driven recommendations while ensuring mortgage-industry regulatory compliance (RESPA, TILA, TCPA). A high-visibility role with cross-functional collaboration and the ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role
- 2+ years of people management experience (direct reports)
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM—including report builder, dashboards, and data management
- Working knowledge of SQL (ability to write and modify queries for data extraction and analysis)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and data modeling
- Experience building and managing marketing campaign performance reports and sales pipeline analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill data into executive-level insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
