Job Summary

Revenue Operations Manager responsible for forecasting, pipeline governance, and end-to-end revenue processes across regions and partners. Own global forecasting across new business, renewals, and expansion; monitor pipeline health and deal progression; manage Salesforce and CPQ workflows; support CPQ, pricing governance, quote-to-cash, and deal desk operations; deliver dashboards and insights on bookings, renewals, and sales performance; collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Lifecycle & Renewals, Partner Management, and Finance to drive operational consistency and scalable revenue processes. Focus on data-driven governance, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution to ensure predictable revenue engine health.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Deal Desk within B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience including reporting, workflows, validation rules, quoting processes, and commercial process management
  • Experience with CPQ platforms, pricing governance, deal execution, commercial approvals, contract workflows, and quote-to-cash processes
  • Experience with GTM technology ecosystems such as Salesforce, Clari, CPQ platforms, quoting solutions, enablement technologies, and automation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach with high standards for accuracy and execution quality
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
  • Ability to drive process adoption, operational discipline, and data quality across distributed regional teams
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
