Job Summary
Revenue Operations Manager responsible for improving the revenue operations process across a portfolio of products, clients, and services. Key duties include revenue recognition, delivering accurate revenue results, trend reporting, client project setup including contract analysis, and documenting process guides. Collaborates with finance functions to apply IFRS standards, supports audits and risk identification, ensures alignment with the commercial framework, and assists with month-end revenue reconciliations (GL), cost-of-sales reconciliations (AP), client account reconciliations (AR), and monthly revenue reporting (FP&A). Provides guidance on revenue-related matters and contributes to continuous improvement of revenue operations processes to support overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of revenue recognition accounting standards and procedures
- AAT Level 2 / 3 or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met throughout the month-end timetable
- English advanced
