Job Summary
Revenue Operations Manager at Cockroach Labs owning CRM governance, data integrity, pipeline reporting, and sales process design to enable a fast, accountable GTM organization. You’ll lead Salesforce data hygiene, build dashboards and KPIs for Sales/Marketing/CS, design scalable sales processes, manage the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.), and drive AI-powered automation to reduce manual work. You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Data Engineering to diagnose gaps, implement end-to-end solutions, and ensure adoption. The role requires operating in NYC with in-office presence on Mon/Tue/Thu in a hybrid model, and leveraging AI to accelerate revenue operations while communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operational role at a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills; ability to build pipeline models, dissect conversion data, and translate complexity into actionable recommendations
- Fluency with AI tools; daily use of LLMs as productivity multipliers; comfort with automation and AI in revenue operations
- Bias toward action and systems thinking; ability to design durable, scalable solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present operational findings to senior stakeholders and own outcomes
- High ownership mentality; treat every system/process/report as critical to the revenue org
- Bonus: Experience with SQL or other querying languages
- Bonus: Experience building or deploying AI workflows or automations in a business context
- Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar
- Curiosity about how AI is reshaping go-to-market strategy; informed opinions about the space
