Revenue Operations Manager

Revenue Operations Manager at Bestow responsible for owning the revenue operating rhythm, managing Salesforce as the source of truth, and translating data into actionable insights for the CRO and sales leadership. Role includes bi-weekly pipeline reviews, weekly revenue reporting, building dashboards, conducting TAM/go-to-market research, preparing strategic client dossiers, iterating pricing models with Finance, and delivering a consolidated forecast. Requires comfort with Salesforce, data tools, AI/automation, and the ability to drive end-to-end projects with initiative and analytical rigor. Flexible remote/hybrid work options available; Dallas, TX office also available for those who prefer in-person.
