Job Summary

Revenue Operations Manager – GTM Execution & Enablement will own cross-functional RevOps projects from definition to rollout, coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Privacy, Domain Experts, Finance, Data, and Tech, and drive pipeline hygiene, CRM compliance in HubSpot, and accountable revenue workflows. This role focuses on enabling scalable GTM processes, documenting revenue workflows in Notion, defining lifecycle definitions and handoffs, supporting forecasting inputs, and improving visibility and accountability across customer revenue workflows. The position emphasizes cross-functional alignment, process documentation, enablement sessions, and governance to improve execution speed, reporting quality, and cross-functional accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field
  • 2–3 years of RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, SaaS Operations, Consulting, or similar roles
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS GTM processes: Lead Management, Sales pipelines, Lifecycle stages, Renewals, Upsell, and Cross-sell
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
  • Ability to translate business problems into process, system, or automation requirements
  • Strong project management, documentation, and enablement mindset
  • AI & automation mindset
  • Strong English skills; German is a plus

Desired Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, SaaS Operations, Consulting, or similar roles – ideally in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS GTM processes: Lead Management, Sales pipelines, Lifecycle stages, Renewals, Upsell, and Cross-sell
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including workflows, lifecycle stages, deals, and reporting logic
  • Ability to translate business problems into process, system, or automation requirements and coordinate multiple stakeholders without constant direction
  • Strong project management, documentation, and enablement mindset
  • AI & automation mindset: identify practical use cases where AI or automation reduces manual work
  • Strong English skills; German is a plus
