Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Manager will own end-to-end billing operations and revenue recognition under ASC 606, ensuring accurate, timely revenue and billing processes while maintaining controls. Lead a fully remote team of ~15 with 2 supervisors, ensuring 100% on-time billing aligned to month-end close, and collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, and Client Delivery to resolve disputes and drive process improvements. Responsibilities include managing monthly billing cycles, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, system configurations, and maintaining audit trails; develop and enforce revenue policies, system integrations, and workflow optimizations; provide training on billing policies and capabilities and drive cross-functional initiatives for automation and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of Leadership Experience in revenue operations, billing operations, or financial operations roles.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and practical application.
- Proficiency with billing systems, ERP platforms, and CRM tools.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
