Job Summary
Revenue Operations Lead for Sales Technology responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive sales technology and data roadmap, standardising the sales tech stack across international markets, and evaluating next-gen AI tools. Act as the single accountable owner for commercial tools, partner with Enterprise Tech & Data, ensure high data quality and governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Enablement, and Product to enable faster, smarter selling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information technology or marketing
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Systems in fintech/SaaS/B2B tech
- Expertise with Salesforce, Gong & AI tools
- Proven track record deploying modern revenue tech stacks and AI tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Outreach)
- Understanding of B2B sales operations and multi-channel go-to-market
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to architect scalable technical fixes
- Experience scaling systems and driving adoption across international markets
- Excellent collaboration and influence across Sales, Revenue Ops, Data, and Tech Leadership
