Job Summary
Lead/GTM Engineer responsible for designing and building revenue systems from the ground up. Partner with marketing, sales, and finance to architect scalable GTM infrastructure across Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI-driven dashboards. Create pipelines, data models, and automations; establish clean data governance; own revenue intelligence and reporting (pipeline health, forecasting, funnel efficiency, account-level performance). Build multi-system reporting spanning lead to revenue, and enable leadership with clear insights. Hands-on role writing scripts, configuring systems, and leveraging AI tools (Claude, Clay, AI-native Outreach, Gong) for data enrichment, automation, and insight generation. Requires senior-level experience in growth-stage environments, familiarity with enterprise GTM motions, account segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration; preferred familiarity with modern GTM tooling and data warehouses. Hybrid onsite in Palo Alto, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Built GTM systems from ground up
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience building multi-system reporting across marketing, sales, finance
- Coding experience in Python or SQL
- Ability to write scripts and build workflows
- Experience in growth-stage companies
- Strong data intuition and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Hybrid work arrangement with onsite in Palo Alto (2+ days/week)
