Job Summary
As the first Revenue Operations hire, own Forus' HubSpot architecture end-to-end (objects, properties, workflows, data integrity) and set the standard for scaling the GTM engine. Build reporting and dashboards that serve as the source of truth for pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracy; develop models, inputs, and targets for quarterly and annual GTM planning; maintain data discipline (account/opportunity hygiene, pipeline cleanliness, ICP segmentation) as the business evolves; surface trends, risks, and actionable recommendations for company leadership; become the in-house authority on the provider network and GTM tooling stack and drive adoption across reps and managers. Working with the Growth team, you’ll operate with high autonomy, ownership, and impact in a full-time in-person role based in New York (SoHo office).
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations
- Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience
- SQL or BigQuery to pull numbers
- Excel/Sheets proficiency
- track record of fast delivery and goal achievement
- NPS with former teammates
- bonus: stood up RevOps systems from scratch at early-stage or hyper-scaling company
