Job Summary
Revenue Operations Data Analyst responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to empower Sales, GTM, and executive stakeholders. Lead implementation of complex data models and DAX calculations in Power BI and/or Tableau, write efficient SQL (Google BigQuery preferred) to extract and analyze large datasets, and establish a single source of truth through reusable data models and dataset pipelines. Automate recurring reporting workflows, perform deep-dive analyses on pipeline, forecasting, win/loss, conversion rates, and GTM KPIs, and document KPI logic and reporting processes. Train end users on dashboards and self-serve analytics best practices, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to data architecture, tooling, and analytics processes. Strong emphasis on data storytelling, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in quantitative or technical field (Analytics, CS, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related)
- 2-5 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or BI-focused role
- Proven track record delivering BI/analytics projects
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau; strong DAX and Power Query
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Google BigQuery preferred; Snowflake/Redshift/Databricks also valued)
- Strong MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query)
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures a plus
- Exposure to Python or R and version control (Git) a plus
- Data storytelling and visualization skills enabling executive-ready narratives
- Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with AI-assisted tools while applying professional judgement
- Demonstrable experience translating stakeholder needs into scalable analytics solutions
- Demonstrable AI-enabled tooling usage as part of daily work
