Job Summary
Revenue Operations Manager to design and implement processes supporting the OpenAI Technical Success team, optimize workflows, define and track KPIs, and develop dashboards to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable operational processes, manage capacity and coverage for the Technical Success team, and partner with the data team to ensure data integrity for revenue-generating activities. Lead cross-functional projects, identify opportunities for process optimization, and drive data-driven decision-making to maximize customer impact. Requires experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company, strong analytical and project-management skills, superb communication and executive presence, understanding of the AI landscape, and ability to thrive in ambiguity with autonomous ownership.
