Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the end-to-end ticket-to-cash process for services revenue, coordinating with Operations, Quotations, Project Management, Accounting, and Sales to accelerate invoicing, reduce billing leakage, and improve margins. Responsible for formalizing and owning the JCA process, updating CRM to reflect costs and final billing status, standardizing templates, and supporting invoice disputes. Leads monthly margin reviews, identifies estimating misses and pricing erosion, and develops dashboards to provide real-time visibility into services revenue, margin, WIP, and cash acceleration. Encourages cross-functional collaboration to inform pricing, scope, and process changes and takes on cross-functional projects such as system implementations and KPI design. Preferred experience with ASC 606, Salesforce, SyteLine, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and knowledge of oilfield services or related industrial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, project accounting, job costing, financial analysis, or services billing—ideally in an industrial, oilfield services, energy, construction, or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience reconciling data between CRM and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling); comfort manipulating and validating large data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate detailed cost data into clear narratives for customers and executives.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset—someone who closes loops, drives issues to resolution, and improves the system as they go.
