Job Summary
Simplify and optimize quote-to-cash processes to ensure accurate order-to-revenue execution across finance, sales, and product teams. Support customer account management, contract validation, order processing, and invoice creation while performing complex revenue transaction validations. Execute SOX controls, draft documentation, and partner with auditors on control design. Act as a subject-matter expert for customer contracting and provisioning, providing business recommendations to improve outcomes. Monitor automated transactions, troubleshoot errors, and lead investigations to drive issues to resolution. Identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and partner with technical teams for development and testing. Design reports for reconciliation and capacity planning, while creating essential documentation such as process flows and onboarding materials. This hybrid role in Lehi, UT requires 2–5 years of experience in revenue or finance operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar revenue operations, finance operations, or order-to-cash role
- Bachelor's degree or regional equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Relentless attention to detail with a focus on customer experience
- Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Solid documentation and organizational skills; self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to interpret legal contracts, terms, and conditions
- Knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and finance operations
- Demonstrated proficiency with Office 365, ERP, and CRM tools
- Hybrid role (onsite Tues–Thurs) based in Lehi, UT
