Revenue Operations Analyst (CRM & Data Systems)

Job Summary
Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot and support CRM ecosystem with a focus on data structures and governance. Manage workflows, properties, pipelines, and data models to ensure clean, reliable data across CRM and supporting systems. Lead flow and lifecycle execution including lead routing, tagging, and lifecycle progression; implement standardized cadences and processes; monitor and troubleshoot breakdowns in lead flow and pipeline movement. Build and maintain target accounts and enriched data lists, integrating external signals (intent data, firmographic updates) and enrichment workflows. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, attribution, and performance; ensure consistent reporting definitions. Support integrations between HubSpot and external tools, work with vendors and partners, and continually identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to optimize GTM workflows and drive scalable revenue operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field
- Experience working in HubSpot or Dynamics (Dynamics a plus)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures
- Familiarity with enrichment tools and data providers (Clay a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
