Job Summary
Revenue Operations Analyst for CPaaS based in Manila, responsible for designing AI-powered revenue assurance pipelines that reconcile billing, usage, and supplier invoice data, maintaining a live revenue risk register, and automating HubSpot workflows to ensure accurate pipeline and deal economics. The role includes building data pipelines to replace manual processes with scalable, intelligent systems, automating commission tracking and onboarding workflows, designing real-time dashboards with Power BI, and collaborating with Finance, Product, Sales Leadership, and Engineering to align cost structures, supplier rates, and pricing models while driving revenue integrity and performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related roles (CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom preferred)
- Understanding of revenue recognition, cost allocation, and margin management principles
