Job Summary
Architect growth infrastructure across the GTM stack by selecting and deploying AI-native tools to optimize revenue operations. Own HubSpot as the marketing automation platform (workflows, lead scoring, nurture sequences, campaign tracking, and reporting) and serve as the power user for Zoho CRM, including data hygiene, pipeline integrity, and executive reporting. Lead the integration layer between Zoho and HubSpot, drive CRM consolidation toward a unified environment, and optimize outbound sequencing with Apollo (data, sequencing strategy, A/B testing, deliverability, enrichment). Build AI tooling workflows to reduce manual work, stay ahead of the AI landscape, and integrate Paladin’s Tonto.ai and Bank Tech Oracle into the GTM stack. Create dashboards to provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and tool ROI, measure performance, and support leadership decisions. This role emphasizes ownership of a scalable growth engine and collaboration with Demand Gen and BDR teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a revenue operations, marketing operations, or GTM-adjacent role
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
- An AI-native mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder mentality
Desired Qualifications
