Revenue Maximization Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee the Revenue Maximization Program and supervise Revenue Maximization staff (including the Revenue Management Specialists and Child Healthcare Coordinator). Ensure accurate and timely processing of Title IV-E applications, Medicaid and TANF, and oversee notification of potential benefits in compliance with federal, state, and CNHC requirements. Develop and maintain internal procedures to ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently; monitor daily operations; provide training and technical assistance; manage audits and data reporting; maintain eligibility records; respond to inquiries; and ensure timely program support within an in-office, 40-hour workweek with travel as required. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), five years of related experience in child protection/case management/economic services, and three years of supervisory experience; travel within and outside Hillsborough County; proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office; strong leadership and communication skills; and adherence to credentialing and background screening policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of college coursework and experience
- Five years of related experience in child protection, case management or economic services
- Three years supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Drug screening and background checks per policy
