Job Summary
Join Vail Resorts as a Revenue Manager to drive profitable revenue strategies for their lodging products, requiring strong Excel skills and at least 2 years of experience in hospitality Revenue Management.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Economics, or Hotel Management AND 3-5 years of experience in hospitality Revenue Management related field
- OR 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Economics, or Hotel Management with 2+ years of experience in hospitality Revenue Management or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of progressive career growth in the revenue management discipline within the hospitality industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience utilizing Revenue Management systems to conduct analysis & formulate strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Luxury Condominiums, Homes, and Hotels
- Experience working in start-up Brands or launching new products
- Experience working with seasonal resort environment
- Strong independent decision-making capabilities in a fast paced & growing environment
- Experience creating, implementing and maintaining Brand standards
- Ability to convey and execute Revenue Management concepts, tactics, and processes
