Job Summary
Drive client profitability by optimizing revenue operations and leading a high-performing shared services accounting function. Analyze client-level revenue, costs, and margins; evaluate engagement economics and pricing strategies; produce financial, operational, and statistical information from multiple sources; identify underperforming clients and develop action plans; build data-driven insights to reveal trends and opportunities; model hour efficiencies for management teams; collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Business Management and HR to inform staffing and billing decisions; identify and implement tools to increase efficiency and client profitability; leverage technical/database skills with CCH Axcess, QuickBooks, BQE Core, Excel, and other systems; ensure accurate billing and confidentiality; demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities; experience with database management and business analysis; willingness to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 8-12 years’ relevant experience
- Experience with Excel (advanced skills)
- Billing or accounts receivable experience with a law firm or supporting attorneys
