Job Summary
As Revenue Manager at Station Casinos, you will collaborate with Corporate Revenue Management and property teams to optimize hotel inventory and pricing, develop packages and promotions, prepare budgets and business plans, produce and analyze reports on market conditions, pace, group business, and occupancy, and present data-driven recommendations for room rates. You will lead and participate in revenue and occupancy meetings, maintain cross-department relationships, analyze competitive intelligence and market data, and drive innovation to improve revenue, length of stay, advance purchase windows, and direct bookings. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with property management and revenue management systems, and the ability to communicate insights to Guests, Team Members, and Management are essential. A foundation in high school education plus relevant revenue management experience and advanced Excel/software knowledge are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst or related experience
- Working knowledge of property management systems, preferably LMS
- Experience with Revenue Management systems and tools (e.g., Delphi, Cognos, TeraData, SQL)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create, read, and evaluate complex reports and data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Ability to interact professionally with Guests, Team Members and Management
- Ability to work with department procedures and systems
